This is a very special bonus episode of the FitMIND FitBODY Podcast! Scott Carson and James Short are on a mission to get people talking about how they feel as a way to improve mental health. They had this crazy idea to positively impact as many people as possible. On 9th September they’re going to leave Sydney and start running to Melbourne - over 50ks a day for at least 25 days! And along the way they plan to handout 10,000 pairs of yellow socks (which have a smile and some black dots - Scott shares the significance of the dots on the call) and have 10,000 conversations about mental health. The positive ripple effect of this journey will be massive, but they do need our help…
Please head over to the website - and/or to their Facebook Group and give them all the support you can - two blokes with a mission to have 10,000 conversations.
Let’s get the word out - maybe you or someone you know owns a business who’d like to get involved with this inspiring adventure?
At the very least share this podcast episode so we can spread the word!
