In this episode of the podcast we hear from Sam Fletcher who was once a chef and now works on a dairy farm. Sam took up running initially to loose weight and can now can’t imagine life without running. Long distance trail running has become a real passion for Sam, in part because he loves to explore the natural environment and part because he’s met some amazing friendly people on the trails :)
