In this special episode Simon (my hubby) shares a little of his thoughts on running. As a warning - Simon is not “in love” with running at all and in many ways it is a means to an end for him :)
His perspective is a little different from most of my guests, but he has been running in some form on and off for most of his life. He sees it primarily as an efficient way to be fit enough to do all the other things he wants/needs to do in life :)
Simon also reflects on his recent cancer scare.
