For the next few weeks I’ll be interspersing my new interviews with some of my favourite past episodes as I’m away from home and haven’t booked too many calls in :)

In this episode Ben Well’s shares his love of the Tassie wilderness. Whether he’s hiking for days or running on the trails, Ben often finds himself in the wilderness exploring our natural environment! As Ben says running is a very simple pursuit, all you need is a pair of shoes before you head out the door and then it’s just one step in front of another. But it’s the running community that he values the most.
Ben’s Running Tips - Find your running community (its more fun with other people - especially when the weather’s unpleasant) and don’t ever think you’re not good enough.
