He came back to running as an adult to deal with back issues caused by a lot of sitting while he was pursuing his accountancy career… Since then running has been a constant in his and his families lives. As Tony says, its now a lifestyle choice - one that he chooses!
Tony’s Tips - Take time to build a base/foundation - you can get faster later, and when you start running longer distances learn how to fuel your body properly to get you to the finish line.
