In this episode of the podcast we talk to local politician, David O’Byrne about his running journey. Aussie Rules football was David’s original sport of choice - it wasn’t until he’d been retired from football for a few years that he took up running to get fitter/healthier.
There has been a number of ups and downs in David’s running journey but he’s now a massive advocate of ParkRun because he sees what it’s doing for his family and his community, not to mention his own physical and mental health.
