In this episode we talk with Emmy Petersson, a Swede who lives in Melbourne and has run for fun (and health) for most of her life! When life gets busy and her head full, Emmy finds that going for a run clears her head and helps her get on with the things that are important.
Running has given her the strength to believe that what ever happens in her life she will be able to handle it (with the right help and advice).
As Emmy says, you don’t need to be perfect at running - just have fun and play with it :)

Emmy’s Running Tips - start really gentle, set a realistic goal, get a good pair of shoes and remind yourself of why you want to run.
